Our Estimates are a low-to-high price range, which gives you an idea of the costs associated with your upcoming cleaning project. We give a Estimate range because our services are always tailored specifically to you, your family, your life + your cleaning wants & needs. In just 5 simple steps, we can leave your property sparkling, shiny & squeaky clean!
When you request a FREE Estimate, we'll ask a few simple questions & give you an Estimate (which will be a low-to-high range.)
If you like the Estimate, we'll visit your property for a Pre-Cleaning Inspection. This is just a quick walkthrough, to visually inspect the property & discuss details of what you'd like us to clean.
Based on our Pre-cleaning Inspection, we'll give you a Personalized Cleaning Rate, which is price you'd actually pay for the work that's needed.
If you like the Personalized Cleaning Rate, we'll set up a date & time for Cleaning.
Our cleaners arrive & get the job done. Ta-da! Sparkle, shine & peace of mind!
We proudly serve St.Cloud, MN & the surrounding cities, towns & rural areas, up to a 30 mile radius. Yes! We do make some exceptions, but it's always on a case-by-case basis. We will usually ask for an additional fee to cover costs of the extra travel. Please just contact us with your specific location & we'll see what we can do!
There's quite a few different things that affect the price, most notably the size of the property & how many rooms need cleaning. Type of rooms is also important; kitchens & bathrooms are high-use rooms which tend to build up more gunk, grime & grease than bedrooms, living rooms & dens. Multiple people or pets in a household can also affect how much dirt, dust & pet fur there is to clean up.
No need to worry! We make sure our cleaners have all the equipment & cleaning supplies they'll need to make your home, property or small business sparkle! Customers are always more than welcome to supply their own "specialty products" though, all we ask is that you let us know of the request in advance of your cleaning.
